Driveway Games Manufacturer's 60 Day Limited Warranty
While Driveway Games strives to manufacture its products with the finest materials and quality controls, occasionally a part will not be produced perfectly, and may incur a defect problem. Luckily such defects are visible immediately within the first few uses. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO RETAILER, unless the issue is shipping damage related. If a part is missing please email email@example.com and we will gladly ship that part to you quickly.
Warranty Terms: Driveway Games provides a Limited Warranty which guarantees every item to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase, when used, installed, and maintained properly. If you find a product to be defective, you may ship the defective component to Driveway Games for repair or replacement. Return only the defective component(s), and the shipping cost to return the item to manufacturer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon inspection we agree to repair or replace without charge, at our option, any product judged defective, and to return the item (or its replacement) freight prepaid. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT AND IS VALID IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT ITS OPTION, OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Consumer Warranty Claim or Shipping Damage - how to submit a proper claim:
First Please determine if the issue is a defect from manufacturing, OR damage incurred during shipping?
1. Shipping Damage – Was your product shipped to you by the retailer? If yes, please read; Often damage such as dents, cracks, scratches, & punctures are incurred during shipping either from improper carrier handling, or improper packaging by the retailer. Usually the shipping box will show visible damage as well, but may not. Shipping damage MUST be reported directly to the retailer AND the shipping carrier (FEDEX, UPS) within 5 DAYS of Delivery! Shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier or retailer, whom insure the item while in transit, they each have their own process for inspecting the item and issuing compensation for repair or replacement. Any Warranty Claim made to DG that is determined to be shipping caused damage, will NOT be approved for replacement by DG.

2. Manufactured Defect - If you believe your product has a Manufacturing Defect meeting the terms of the warranty, please follow the below instructions for submitting a warranty claim: 1) Ship the defective component(s) only, Freight PREPAID, to: Warranty Claims, Paricon LLC, 52 Park Street, South Paris, ME 04281 USA; 2) Include with the returned item your name, address, daytime phone number, dated Proof of purchase (copy of original receipt preferred); and finally describe the defect issue in as much detail as possible; 3) Once received the item will be inspected to determine if the issue is covered under the terms of the warranty; 4) If Driveway Games determines the item is warranty covered we will repair or replace the components and ship them back to the consumer at our cost.
** Warranty claims or questions cannot be handled by phone, or by email, please follow the steps above to submit a warranty claim. Unfortunately, before replacing a component we must visually inspect the product to verify a warranty covered defect is present, and verify proof of purchase.
** This Warranty and Claim Instruction is intended for consumers only, Retailers should follow the standard RMA procedures for inspected and verified defective goods and submit as per contract, or standardized RMA process.
