We currently ship via UPS to all 50 United States.
- Processing Lead Time: We work hard to ship every order quickly, usually within 1 business day. However please allow up to 3 business days (lead time) from when you place your order for it to be shipped. We send a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of processing your shipment with a tracking number for your convenience. We encourage you to follow your tracking on the carrier's website www.ups.com which often provides an estimated delivery date and will flag any delivery issues such as an incorrect address that you can catch and save time! If an Item is OUT OF STOCK you will be notified within 1 business day of your order being placed, and given options to cancel or wait till it is back in stock. Finally please note that our estimated lead time is just that, an estimate, while we try our very best to process all orders quickly, we do not guarantee a specific lead time.
- Shipping Transit Time: Delivery for regular Ground shipments usually takes between 1 and 7 business days (continental 48 states, AK & HI have additional transit times) after your order is picked up from the warehouse and is dependant on your distance from our shipping point and peak season volumes. For expedited shipping services such as Next Day Air, your order's transit time is locked in to the given speed you select, after the item leaves the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Lead Time noted above applies before the item ships out and the shipping transit time begins.
- Express Shipping & Express Lead Time: We expedite our processing of all orders that select 2nd Day or Next Day Express service and process usually within 1 business day (lead time). For expedited services your order's transit time is locked in by the carrier to the given speed you select, after the item leaves the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Lead Time, minimum 1 business day, applies before the item ships out and the shipping transit time begins.
- Operational Hours: Orders Process Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CST. We are closed all major US Holidays, plus the Friday after Thanksgiving. If your order is received outside these hours, it will begin processing the next business day.
- PO Boxes: WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES at this time. Please do not enter a PO Box in your ship to address.
- International shipping: sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy & Procedures
Items purchased from DrivewayGames.com may be returned directly to our Return Center at the address shown below within 30 days of purchase.
These terms must be met to make a valid return & ensure proper processing:
- Items MUST be returned with packing slip, in unopened package, or unused condition & properly repacked in original, undamaged packaging
- A refund of the item’s price and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used. Shipping fees are not refundable
- We will not issue refunds for, nor re-ship, items returned that have been used, dirty/marked, or otherwise cannot be resold as “new”
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to ship the item to the Return Center. We do not charge a restocking fee
To exchange for a different product;
1) Return the unwanted item to the Return Center for a full refund,
2) Place a new order on the website for the desired product.

Warranty Length: 60 Days
Warranty: Driveway Games provides a Limited Warranty which guarantees every item to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase, when used, installed, and maintained properly. If you find a product to be defective, you may ship the defective component to Driveway Games for repair or replacement. Return only the defective component(s), and the shipping cost to return the item to manufacturer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon inspection we agree to repair or replace without charge, at our option, any product judged defective, and to return the item (or its replacement) freight prepaid. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT AND IS VALID IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY.
